If you waited 4 months, would your leg hair be 3 inches long? I don't think so. With your leg, even an 8th of an inch would look big if you shaved it clean. On your head, a half inch may not be totally noticable .

it actually doesnt, it just seems that way because of how noticable the difference is between fresh shaven legs and stubble. also the skin on your legs exfoliates much faster than your scalp which will expose the parts of the hair that a razor just can't reach (at least not without cutting your skin)

It doesn't. It just seems like it. Hair grows 1/2 inch a month generally. Every hair we have has a life span and will only grow so long before it stops, sheds and replaces itself.

it really isn't any longer somewhat real... i don't think of you keep in mind that the hair on your head is way longer than those on your legs...or a minimum of i'm hoping it really is real. yet besides, you probable don't be conscious how briskly your hair grows because you do not difficulty about cutting it each few days or week or inspite of.
