Unless I'm missing something, there have only been two Final Fantasy movies.
The first is Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within.
The second is Final Fantasy: Advent Children.
The former is a seprate story, as most of the Final Fantasy games are. The latter is a continuation of the story from Final Fantasy 7.
I believe there is also an anime series based on Final Fantasy, though I've not heard of any such series being released in the U.S.

The only two movies officially released as movies are
Final Fantasy: The spirites within
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
There are 3 box sets of a cartoon created with the basis of the Final Fantasy games/genre as the plots. These are cartoons which aren't that bad but not listed as official movies. Supposidly, there is a new one comming out within the next two years but no date is set yet for any country.
