You didn't say how old you are but that may have a bearing on this as you will see later in this answer.
I'm not sure about the bumps under the skin but the one under your neck and on your right testicle could be serious.
You should see a DR. RIGHT AWAY.
The one under your neck could easily be a tumor in a Lymph gland (dangerous) or a fatty tumor(usually nothing).
I actually have a fatty tumor on my chest which i had biopsied to determine whether or not i should have it removed.
The one on your testical could be testicular Cancer or a pre cancer.
Testicular Cancer is one of the easiest cancers to cure However, Many Men are not taught to do selfexams like women are. And when they do check their testicals and find a lump in either they often do nothing about it until it is too late. IT CAN KILL.
Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in American males between the ages of 15 and 34. But denial and embarrassment about the testicles contribute to testicular cancer being one of the least mentioned cancers.
Testicular cancer is highly treatable when diagnosed early. Depending on the type and stage of testicular cancer, you may receive one of several treatments, or a combination. Regular testicular self-examinations can help identify dangerous growths early, when the chance for successful treatment of testicular cancer is highest.
GO TO YOUR DOCTOR.

There are several possible causes. Most are very easily treated and are simply cysts building up from clogged pores. On the ear lobe itself, hard, granular lumps can be tophi, an accumulation of material caused by gout...usually in older people. However the area you describe is also an area for lymph nodes and enlargement of the nodes can indicate an infection or perhaps a cancerous process. Your best course of action is to have a nurse or a physician look at them. Nurses see these everyday and have a lot of intuition about the need for further treatment.

They sound like they are effecting your lymph system which are in the areas you specified that the lumps are in too. You are worrying too much about cancer. Everyone feels a lump and they assume CANCER. Don't worry. I had a 6.7 pound tumor pulled out of my belly and it wasn't cancerous. I can no longer have children, ( I have 2 anyway) but I'm okay! The first and only way you are gonna find out anything is to GO TO THE DOCTOR. I have a tumor in my brain. I don't know yet if it's cancerous, but at least I went and I know what it is and what is causing my troubles. You need to stop worrying and go find out. It may be nothing to worry about and I bet I'm right. You probably just have a problem with some lymph nodes or something even less worrysome. So go see a doctor and find out and stop worrying for me okay? You'll sleep better!

They may or may not be cancerous. Only the doctor can tell after analysing over a few days.
i had one weird lump in the side of my neck before and the doctor told me that it may or may not be cancer. However, he sepculated that the lump was a depository of 'dead white cells' that was from a White Spot infection on my jaw. He gave me some pills to take to see if the lump went down over the next few days.
Fortunately he was right and I still live a normal life today. The lump went down significantly over two weeks. and over a few years have totally disappeared.
so the next best thing for you to do is to go see a doctor if it's beginning to worry you.
good luck.

Go see a doctor who's learned and knowledgeable to determine exactly what your bumps are. Especially if you're concerned cancerous why haven't you gone yet-make a appointment-like what kind of help do you expect to get online-can't anyone give a diagnosis without examination.

Sounds like lymph nodes. If you start feeling all around your body you will notice these things all over...and you can always confirm this with a doctor to set your mind at ease.

nah dont think so..if they move a lil bit when you touch then it is not cancer it's more likely to be a cyst or a lil lump of fat it is completely normal and not serious,, if you still have worries i'd say visit the doctor to put your mind at rest
