Ex.British have a rather dry sense of humor. You have to understand that in order to understand why Monty Python is so funny
5)unfortunate; unlucky; lacking; being without something
Ex.I have run out of drugs, it's dry.
Ex.Your car was stolen? That's dry.
Ex.The party was over when we got there, it was dry.
6) Not raining

like yo thats dry = not happenin, weak, sorry, lame,
man you jus dry= no sence of humor, weird
dry is a bad thing to be or have go out and buy a bottle of lubraderm that will keep you fresh and always ready to go
