Whenever im getting to know a girl, on the phone we talk for hours about everything, but then the next time we talk im blank.........feel like i said everything.......how can i carry a conversation longer or find things to say?

If you can talk for hours once, then you have shown you have plenty to talk about...and plenty more, I'm sure.
I have personally had this same problem. The problem is the first stuff that comes to mind will be the same as what came to mind the last time. Be aware this is going to happen. Have a plan for dealing with it and you'll be fine.
The plan is to:
A) Premeditate some things to talk about. Even write a list if you have to. I usually just think of two or three and that's enough to get the conversation rolling. Like priming the pump.
B) If you do stall out, train yourself to start talking about anything off the wall. "Did you hear about the new dress code..." "Yesterday my cat jumped off the stairs..." etc. This takes practice. Just rattle off any random thing. Could also be a random question like what did you have for dinner, what are your goals for school, etc.
C) If things just aren't picking up and you keep stalling, be prepared to end the call. It's much better to kill it early than to have the awkward moments.
