Anyone but Totti is available for the National Team.
The reason why Totti is taking some time "off" from the National Team is... because he is still having problems from the "quick recovery" of his surgery (just before the World Cup.)

Everyone but Totti is available. Totti said he's not up to playing due to his surgery on his knees.
