At what point in history did our news media become liberal?

What was the trigger? What was the turning point? What ignited the journalism industry to turn way to the left?

When they noticed that newscasts delivering fluff were getting more viewers and advertisers than the objective, hard core news stories that didn't rely on bubble headed bleach blond bimbos delivering the stories. Part of the problem is that Americans don't want to hear real news because (1) they probably wouldn't understand it and (2) they are too busy with their ipods, mp3's,cell phones and ordering at McDonalds to care about real news. Consider that 34% of eligible voters made their way to the polls on election day to vote for the President - that means only about 1/3 of the people care about what is going on in the USA. Need I say more?

Sources from the right became unreliable. We all know how you conservatives lie all the time and make fun of everybody who is better than you. Also, the ultimate absurdity lies in the fact that conservatives hysterically assume the worst when someone suggests a little change to be made.

Actors in Hollywood are liberal simply by fact maximum human beings of them are extreme college drop outs or haven't any greater training. all of us know maximum quite everyone seems to be Democrats until they graduate from college :)
