If you mean Quest as in the brand name for DSL service, the answer is NO, the brand/ company do not operate in Egypt. There are dozens of existing DSL brands in the market however.

Qwest DSL, NO! DSL in general, YES! However, it's terribly slow compared to DSL here. Most DSL connections are shared by several people or buisinesses which makes more traffic on the line. Most places do not have indidual line it seems. I've also heard rumors of cable connections but never found any yet,
