If you have crash on this guy at work... how do you make him to notice you?

Talk to him of course. Flirting and everything. Always dress your best, and your conversation topics should be plentiful, you work at the same place. Ask about what he thinks of work and what he's going to do when he gets home and what he's doing during the weekend, a normal conversation. Simple advice, but it's what works.

I would personally seek a professional therapist, because it would go against my normal range of attraction., but I'm into women. For you, I would suggest going up to them at an appropriate time and letting him know you are interested enough to get to know him better and ask him out. If he is not interested back, get over it and move on. Life is too short to follow bad choices. You will find plenty of other opportunities to feel attraction to other guys and seek a deeper relationship with one of them.

Wait until one of you leave the employment. Getting involved with someone you work with is a recipe for disaster. You wont only be dating him but everyone at work will be in your business! Keep that in mind!

Well, I would at least give him a smile and a greeting. Then when u get more comfortable, ask him to join u for coffee/tea or lunch.

office romances are the worst ... be careful!! to make him notice you ... i'd say "hi" ... make small talk ... dress prettier ... make eye contact ... little things ... maybe find out where he goes to lunch and bump into him ...
