I`m embarassed to ask her what she`s talking about but she talks about it all the time... "I`m having a light day"... or "today is kinda heavy".... for me i`m either busy or horny..never do i associate a weight with my day.... please please please help...anyone know what the hell she`s talking about?

It sounds to me like she is talking about her period. I don't know why she discusses the flow variation with you though. I would talk to her about it. Tell her it's kind of uncomfortable to hear about it. But if you are going to tell her that, make sure it's not when she has her period because as I'm sure you know, women can get kinda moody around then..

When I hear this, I think of light & heavy days during menstration. Sorry can't really help you with this.

Probably what the rest of the gurls are sayin... i agree with them... you should probably tell her to stop (politely, because shes probably a bit sensitive during this time) and she shouldnt be telling you these things... not unless ur married or something...

OK, first of all, she is on her period......(in case you didn't know that) when she says that she is heavy --it means that she is bleeding a lot that day.... and when she is light---she is not bleeding a lot..... hope that make sense to you....

she is speaking about her cycle....light days are normally toward the end while the heavier days are at the onset of the cycle

I guess her period- that s what it sounds like.
Or she could mean "Stress"... who knows ~ just ask or have a friend ask her for ya when she says in front of them.

shes talking about her period. diffrent days = diffrent amounts of fluid.
tell her it makes you uncomfortable and she'll probably stop.

try to CHANGE THE SUBJECT or MAKE AN EXCUSE TO LEAVE IF YOUR BORED BUT DONT DO IT ALL THE TIME!
