Is it some kind of code? Wouldn't that be annoying to have to keep hitting the shift key?

Some peple can write stuff out of hte caps that makes sense to someone else. Other times it is simply an eye catcher...and I'm certain there are other possibilities, I just can't figure anything else out for the moment
