Would you get rid of the people who are sloths? What about people who deserve a higher positions,managers, & supervisors?

I would personally get rid of all the unnecessary expenses... in my case, the three owners own H2 hummers, when they can barely afford payroll each week. Right there is $1,500 a month per truck for hummers. They could get 3 trucks for that. Too much waste of money. Management would be different people, and some of the workers in the field, would be in the office... There are too many to list... Most of all would be getting rid of overhead.

I would be one of the best administrators in town. I would give our employees fair compensation packages depending on their positions. I would give chances to the sloths by ordering them to attend trainings about right work attitude and habits and tell them that if they would not change, I would be forced to terminate them. Of course, those people with higher positions such as supervisors and managers deserve to be given higher salaries and other benefits such as service cars, incentives, and bonuses.

yes I would get rid of all those people that waste time and money, and give the more efficient and hard working people a better wage and position--I wouldn't care how educated they would be just as long as they did a good job and brought in profit

if only for one day? i would take the money and put it in an account (hopefully 1 million dollars) and i would draw a 20 thousand dollar intrust inwhich i would build homes and feed the children and people of 2 and 3rd would countries...smile

i would give a party, a party no one has ever seen before, everyone will be invited, and i will promote those whom i think deserve the promotion, i will not fire anyone, but i will instruct and tell them what they did wrong and when im no longer the boss, atleast they already know.

I want to have just a big pets shop!!! There r everything for pets like food, take a photo, doctor ect., and a big gallary/studio for my bf, it's his dream...I wish!!!

well I am the boss...but don't control the money..now if you asked if i controled the money...I would buy up more inventory of more popular products and turn a faster profit.
