Yes, just don't stop there, remember a six pack has two ring holders. Steel buns, curved calves, don't forget the neck and shoulders. With all that fine tone, DO NOT Carry an AIR head.
The mind is the muscle to work hardest.

It really depends on the girl and her body.
Some women look good with them and some don't... Just like some women look good with short hair and others don't.
It's not really a gender issue, I don't think... It's more of a personal issue.
If you're wondering for yourself because you want one... Start working out and building up muscle mass.. And when you think that you look your best (Whether you have a six pack or not).. Work to maintain it, instead of increasing it.
