Cell dimensions (homework question)?

Question

I need the dimensions (length & width) of these cells:
1. Balantidium coli cyst
2. Trypanosoma brucei gambiense trophozoite
3. Spirogyra (single cell)
4. Anabaena heterocyst
5. Rhizopus zygospore

Please also list your source (book or website) so I can find it. I've tried searching the internet, but none of the websited I've been on have listed the length & width.
