A Saudi woman won by using "cool" and "corpses" together --- presumably drugs and cool means dead
You can look at other posters for ideas -- some just use big block letters of a word --- that should be easy enough to draw
Maybe you could tell your teacher someone "helped" you... Maybe not, I don't know if you'd get in a lot of trouble or not. But, she'll probably figure it out eventually anyways.

Something with a slogan like:
"I Choose to Be Drug Free" or something...
