This is a very easy to do. Theres two ways to do this.
First you can right click on your Internet Explorer>Click Properties>Internet Options should appear>General Tab should appear>Find the homepage menu>There you can change what you would like your homepage to be....
You can also open Internet Explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Then repeat the steps above.

Open Internet Explorer, go to the web page that you want as your Home page, then click on Tools>Internet Options, then under the "General Tab" click on "Use current"
