I spend my cold lonely nights down the aisles of Wal-Mart.

I've given this advice to several people, all of whom used it and felt that it helped. Hope it helps you too.
Here's what you do. When you have time to be alone, sit in the middle of your kitchen floor (or living room or bathroom, doesn't really matter). Turn the lights off, sit in the light of your stereo. play the saddest most depressing music you can find and LET YOURSELF CRY. I'm talking the really ugly cry! Drink if you want to, smoke if you want to, you don't have to justify what you do in that period of time to anyone. Do that every night until you don't cry anymore. During the day you have to function, no getting around it. But...when you can be alone, you absolutely have to let it out. You can't spend all of your time fighting that kind of pain without an outlet. You will stop crying, honestly, you will. You have every right to wallow in sorrow, allow yourself to do it. So sorry though sweetie, I know it hurts like he)). Hope you feel better soon.

the best thing you can do is talk about it! Just let it out! know that you had a life before the person during the person and you will sure have one after. It can be so hard and you may feel like your world will never move on but be strong and surround yourself with positive people

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not into your own understanding, in all your ways acknowledge HIM and HE shall direct your parts.
I am separated from my husband for nearly 15 years, and I'm happy to tell you that I am a broken- heart survivor Thanks be to God because of that experience I met the Lord, my heart mender. It only proves one thing, there's no greater joy than knowing that there's an everlasting love in the prescence of the Lord.

I wide-open my eyes over the world and I see there are billions of other people and among them lots and lots of them who can see the true-me , who can love and cherish me as I can love and cherish them , I have only to let my tension to go away for can behave in a natural way so that they can see the true me and I can see the true them , to get out unveiled of prejudices in the world as a diamond cleaned up when it's get out from the dark pit of a cold mine,as a star after the clouds interposing between it and the earth fading away.

Its normal to focus on your loss, but REMEMBER who is there for you. Your friends, family, and time will get you through. The best is if you are able to talk to someone that has been there before. Its easier to relate to people in that way.

time heals all wounds... it'll be awhile but your heart will mend ... try and do new things, get out of the house, see a movie (a funny one or dumb action one) and just enjoy life ... good luck
