after dancing with him he said i was a good dancer and when i left somethin behind, he was sweet enough to give it back to me even though i already left. so do you think i have a chance with him ? if yes tell me how do i get him ?

The best answer is don't do anything at all. Don't try to trick him or be ever present or anything like that...just be you and be around. If it is really supposed to work out I don't believe you need to take such an active role of "getting" him...you "get" a virus or something...but not a person. Just be uniquely YOU!!

would it not be better if you did not do anything for him to like you, wouldnt it be more rewarding if all is natural, if you try so hard to impress him, he will sense that you are giving too much of yourself, ok you like him but then it will feel so much better if he would continue being the one who would send you signals, cant you not wait, there is no need to rush things, if he really indeed likes you he will make a move, it would be so much better and rewarding if you let things go at their own flow, dont try too much, you might seem so desperate

You don't MAKE someone like you or GET someone. That is very 'fatal attraction'. If you like this guy just be yourself and he either will like you or not.
