Sinus spray doesn't seem to work. My boyfriend has used that, OTC sinus medication, hot shower, etc. It's making him anxious. Any remedy so he can get some sleep?

Buckley's always does the trick for me!! But he should get it checked out...if its that bad it could be an infection in his sinuses

Get it checked out by a doctor or it can turn into a chronic sinus infection and they aren't fun - I've got one that I didn't realise I had and was ignored by a visiting doctor and now I have had a chronic infection for over two years.

You can try some of the hayfever medication that's on the market - some work fairly well.
Good luck!

have him put a couple pinches of salt into his hand, and add some WARM water to it, just enough to start to disolve the salt.
then he will need to stand over the sink and "snort" the salt water up his nose...it burns like crazy, and he will need to spit out the water as it drains into his mouth...sounds gross I know...if it clears his congestion then he should be fine enough to get some sleep...if it doesn't then he might have a sinus infection and should see a doctor...he can also sleep sitting up...that helps too
