I've already asked my husband and knows what he thinks, but I'm just curious if all men are alike!

Wow is this a set-up or what? I would usually not touch this with a 10ft. pole in my house, but since I can't get any repercussions from this I will answer. My ideal wife would have a good paying job. Cook very well, not everyday, but most days. Have to have a good breakfast on Sundays (with biscuits). Clean the house (not everyday) but enough to make it look clean. Do the laundry once a week at least. Satisfy my desires when needed (this is not everyday either, but close) and I mean when they need it. Be a great Mom to my kids. I'm sure I could be more of a "PIG" about this, but these would be my requests.

I am not a man but I am a wife, Here's what I think, first there is no such thing as perfect so just toss that idea out rite now. There are "movie marriages" and there is real life. All you can do is the best you can, What i mean by this is do you love him? Even when he farts in bed? Do you laugh at his jokes even when they really are not all that funny? Do you listen when he has a bad day? Do you do those special little things for him that make him feel like " wow this woman gets me"? If you have answered yes to even half of these then in my opinion you are a great wife and I hope he does the same for you.

Just a tip: stop trying to be perfect, you could loose yourself in the run and may get depressed in the end. Has your man asked you the same question or have you informed him of what would be a perfect man? If so then you're on the right path! Maybe you are right to know what he really wants to help you know his priorities but don't change!

NOT male but why do you feel the need to conform to what another person THINKS you should be.surely your husband loves you the way you are otherwise he would not have married you.

It would be the same as female marrying a guy and then spend the next few years TRYING to change him, you either ignore the flaws or grow to find them endearing, same as he should.

Remember you are married NOT a shadow of him and or any other person.

just be a good woman and be the kind of woman you would come home to after a hard days work if you were him....and then be like the woman he would take to bed and cheat on you with and he will love you always......men are simple just feed us screw us and let us play with our friends or watch a ball game with them and we will love you the rest of your life......faithfully

GUITARZAN30'S....I love your answer. You described, exactly the things I do for my husband. And I make more money than him. You made my day.

I think his answer is a great one, I would do these things, it makes sence.

Only one request. Be faithful and put your spouse first. Everything else will fall into place.
