well i'm guessing u have big hips like me and not 2 say the're big there just adult well me 2 only i'm 11 with very big hips i just get my clothes at jcpenny's and the roll them up actually i get the size petite they sell them at almost any store

or just eat some more cheeseburgers and go to a regular store.

your best bet would be the mall, then find pants you like and go get them tailored.
