Here's what I think:
Howard K. Stern has been Anna Nicole's lackey and servant for many years. He's a wuss and it makes NO sense that she would choose him to be the father of her child.
Something is very wrong with his claim that they are "in love". There is much more to the story yet to be revealed and it's my belief he will be proven to be untruthful when all is said and done and the real story finally comes out.

Anna Nicole Smith's attorney, Howard K. Stern, just revealed on 'Larry King Live' that he is the father of Anna's newborn daughter, Dannie Lynn Hope.
The stage is now set for what is sure to be an ugly paternity battle. As you may recall, Larry Birkhead has been yapping to any media outlet that'll have him claiming he is the father. Interestingly, however, Larry has repeatedly asked for a paternity test to which Anna Nicole has failed to respond.
A very sad and somber-looking Howard also added that he has been in love with Anna for a long time and that she has been his only client for years -- a fact he's very proud of.

Here is some info i have.
In addition to announcing that he is the father of Anna Nicole's baby girl, named Danilynne Hope, Howard K. Stern revealed on Larry King Live Tuesday night that he and the former Playmate plan to marry.
He said that it might be soon, but after the funeral and some time for grieving.
Also, Howard revealed that...
- They did sell the pictures of the last moments of Anna's now deceased son, but that the proceeds are s for a foundation in honor of Daniel.
- Stern also said that people close to Anna Nicole always sign a confidentiality agreement, and he's surprised that Larry Birkhead - whose publicly claimed that he is the baby's father - has spoken out to the media, for which he could be sued.

No Way. He is an attorney and would have had a paternity test done before coming forth. Sadly Nicole seems to be repeating a tragic lesson here about paternity rights? her son never saw his father from infancy. She has unfortunately done alot of things that were based on lies for money and in doing so she has seemed to have not yet learned that it all catches up to you and it will keep repeating itself until you get honest? I hope she gets honest because > I really like Anna Nicole alot and I cried for days over the loss of her son but this was a terrible move to make right now. Last, she claims to be mad at the suspected father Larry Birkhead for being on the media, I saw it all , he was very appropriate to do that in lieu of going to bahamas or forcing himself in, so he cried on tv when he saw the baby? Howard said Nicole was upset he did that but she just pushed him out like she did with her first child's father?she dangled the carrot that he was dad for months??..then later Mr Stern asked for the biological father of Daniel to call CNN because Anna wants to talk to him and they couldn't find him when he died??
why? medical history?? this is the point, children need to know who their biological parents are and when you tango you have to accept the consequences of who is the real father and not play God. God has his way of working things out but when anyone uses a child as a pawn< well they are gifts from God and they can be brought or taken away, so my prayers are with Anna , Howard and Danilynne and I pray to hear more truth like a paternity test was taken in USA with both fathers present and not rigged.!! and that this child gets whatever God so desires without people lying as such. Also if she truly loves the bahamas great, but if this is to lie, manipulate and play more games then I say come back to USA and deal when she comes to from the tragedy at hand. For now I pray she just sits still and not make another disasterous move this one has already opened a can of worms that she shouldn't have opened so soon. Daniel has not been put to rest. This is tragic and since the suspected father Larry Birkhead was being patient, so should they have.
She will use Howard K Stern for now but let's hope and pray for better for them both. Let's face it they were masterminds in the case for the money from her dead husband together so there is a tight bond here? He was able to give up his law practice to just represent her he said last night on CNN so he has alot invested here like his entire livelihood! And she needs him. Remember Larry Birkhead said something like ( in reference to picture of Howard and Anna and newborn baby photo): he expected Howard to be there and had no problem with it but that he wasn't allowed to be there too that hurt?? Only God knows the truth but it seems like Larry might be the only one voicing any truth thus far??? and also showing any class or respect for the new life. should be interesting.

I don't think they will. She doesn't look like she is ready to marry again...and I actually believe the photographers story a lot more than his. Anna Nicole I'm afraid is not too bright but she knows not to marry for no reason...and honestly I don't even think they're relationship will last.

Poor Anna, she's so confused. It's about time he admitted he has relations with her. I think they should get married they've been together for so many years, claiming tojust have a non-sexual relationship. He's taken care of her for a long time....it's time to buy the cow.

I titally believe he is the father. I saw them once in the Atlanta Airport this was when she was at the height of her "fuller Figure" and he was very loving towards her..I think they have been together a long time and I hope they get the happiness they deserve..

I honestly think they are the only ones that this should matter to. Just because she is famous for being an idiot doesnt mean she doesnt deserve her privacy.
