hello ..2 day is the 1st day i signed up 4 this ask/answer thing i asked a question about 5 min's ago ,
and i didnt think every1 was gonna be ssso up front .. but dang thx so much .. sumtimes deep down u already know what u need to do ...but it takes a minute 2 realize u already know what u need to do .. i know im being selfish ... and its all make believe in my mind i just dont know why i cant stop ..

You cannot stop as long as you stay in touch with this guy.
Like any habit you can't break this one until you take a break from it.
That is why sharing your problem with a counselor is so important. You need to talk about this with a neutral 3rd person.
Sorry, if it comes across as harsh. I think most of the respondents wanted the best for you.
