Y = Year
2 = Two
K = 1,000

The bug is an uncovered problem or error in computing.
So the YK2 bug reads as the "Year 2,000 bug".

It is the problem that was thought to lead to all the computers crashing all over the world since they work thier years on the last 2 digits and they would go from 99 to 00.

It was all a load of bull-sh**

K stands for Thousand, so 10K = 10,000
