The last two nights I have had problems getting into some sites and loading pages- I use Mozilla on my laptop with a wireless connection. I could not load the MLB baseball game tonight through Mozilla, the page said done- nothing there. I had to go into compuserve and then I could get it. Help

Hi mom!

If a page loads in compuserve, it should work fine in the Firefox. My guess is the MLB game is a flash page and you don't have flash installed for firefox. That's just a guess as it's difficult to answer this without more details.

Mozilla doesn't manage the wireless connection. The Operating System manages the wireless connection and Mozilla gets the information courtesy of the Operating System.

You can change some protocol setting by specifying proxy settings and etc but the PHYSICAL connection is managed by Windows.

I have the opposite problem. I sent an email yesterday & suddenly Yahoo was gone. Then I put it in safe mode & got some sites back. Today Internet Explorer shut down. Then my cable company said they had no service in 4 states! They finally got it running but I can ONLY USE MOZILLA FOXFIRE. I have no idea who screwed up or how but I don't expect an explanation or apology any time soon.

It could be the server is down. Try with IE. If IE dosent work, there having some technical problems. If it does work for IE, just use it for the few ites that dont work on firefox.
