4. C Beltran CF
5. R Oswalt SP
6. M Rivera CL

These 2 guys I am planning on keeping also:
7. H Ramirez SS
8. J Morneau 1B

Now the tough part, I have my offense pretty much covered, here are my remaining bubble players:

2. J Lackey SP
3. C Cordero CL
4. J Putz CL

Give me who you think should be my final 2 guys or a replacement to another player I thought I should definitely keep.

Anibal Sanchez and Scott Kazmir. They are both LIGHTS OUT when they pitch, have low WHIP's and strike out a lot of people. The only thing you wont get that manyof is wins, as they are on pretty crappy teams. But you can pick up wins from your other pitchers. Wins are easy to find, WHIP and K's arent.

you would be absolutely crazy not to keep king felix - he's GOLD in a keeper league, it's hard to find a young stud arm that doesnt have injury problems (see liriano, fransisco) - they're not even letting felix throw his slider til he turns 23. this kid is going to be good, you want him on your team.

now that your 9th keeper decision is settled, we look at number 10. the ones on that list that jump out to me are:
sanchez - strong young arm
lackey - great year, great IF defence behind him, should only improve next year
kazmir - love the lefty arm, but run support will be a question.

between the three of those guys, im going with kazmir, lackey, and sanchez, in that order. kazmir gets the slight edge because he's coming off a strong year and tampa has the tools to compete, if not in the next few years, then certainly 5+ years down the road. hope that helps.

Putz may be the best closer in baseball next year. Lights out with tons of K's.

Johnson it tempting, but Kazmir is the only really proven top tier starter in that group.

Kazmir and Hernandez for SURE. Two young pitchers with live arms? Yeah, keep them.
