My hair is almost to my shoulders right now. I'm going to stop dying it and stop straightening it as much. I know there is no way to suddenly have long hair, but what are some tips?

I know straightening it doesnt make it longer, I just dont want to to damage it, which is why im stopping.

Get it trimmed every three weeks to achieve the look you desire. If you neglect to have it cut and feel the need to just grow it, your hair will be unmanageable and distressed. Use conditioner everyday and shampoo every other day. Don't be afraid to use your brush, it helps distribute the natural oils from the roots to the tips adding moisture to the entirety of the strand and to prevent split ends.

how fast ur hair is growing is depend on ur hormon & the nutrien u intake.
but last time there is once people told me by washing ur hair everyday will make it grow longer& faster. don noe izit true.
I'm doing it & my hair is growing faster than any of my fren, well but that will make ur hair fall easily too. Consider well.

My hair always grows fast when I took prenatal vitamens, my sister-in-law is a beautician and she also said to do this. I took them when I was pregnant of course, but it worked.
