Im currently using cable internet. My cable modem directly connects to router. That connection is splitted to another router (so there are two routers).

Right now, the second router cannot connect to the internet. I disabled the 2nd router to disable DHCP (because the first router has DHCP enabled). What else do i need to do to get the 2nd router to get internet access?

Ah, it sounds like you want the second router to act as a bridge instead of a router! You are right, you will need to disable all the DHCP and other features, then try switching the cable into one of the 4 inputs in the back other than the source connector. I have worked with a few that only worked with spanning tree connections. Thats basically connecting it twice once to the source and once to one of the other ports. Also make sure that the routers are not in IP conflict.

Just make sure the network connections between the two routers isn't in the WAN port and it should work fine. They should be plugged together via the LAN ports.

You may need to input a 'static route' in one or both routers.
