I need a good description of how to defeat him, I've tried quite a bit and can't figure it out. Thanks for looking, please answer if you can!

you have to stand around and wait for the vegetables to spew out of the organ looking-like thing. when they spew out, jump on one and pick it up. when the frog guy opens his mouth to spit the bubbles at you, throw the vegetable at him and he'll flash. do this enough times and you will defeat him. its kind of difficult the 1st time but you will get used to it eventually(like 2 or 3 tries).
