The more you point out what you perceive to be her shortcomings, the more likely she is to be self-conscious and clumsy. Do your best to protect her and respect the fact that this is how she is.
Have you expressed your concern about her awkwardness and lack of coordination? Have you told her it concerns you because you care and worry about her well-being?
Do you think perhaps her clumsiness might be organic in nature; that is, do you think there is something physically amiss? Is it possible she has experienced stroke or something else that may be contributing to her lack of coordination?

Well don't give her a hard time about it. That will only cause her to be more nervous and maybe even be more clumsy. If something happens, try brushing it off with a quick joke. Ask her if everything is ok and if you need to call the hospital/ fire dept/ police. People sometimes get over clumsiness, but it helps if they have confidence too.

Take the bottle away from her. No, just a joke, but if she isn't drunk there isn't anything you can do for her. Some people are just clumsy.

Don't value your breakables. Seriously right now I have a sprained ankle, 2 burned fingers and about 20 bruises. Just gotta let it go.

its probably cause she is preocuppied or stressed alot. There isn't that much you can do but...she should just take things a bit slower and pay more attention to her surroundings and her body's interaction with them.
