"The World Of Susie Wong"(1960) is a classic with Bill Holden as an American who wants to be an artist going to Hong Kong. There he meets Chinese "Wan Chai Neui" Susie played by Nancy Kwan. Am I the only one who thinks first of Asians and Europeans as "interracial couples"? I am European with some Asian blood. My lovers have all been Asian for some years. Miyuki, my current #1, is from Japan. We don't have problems with acceptance. Dad once said something about, "Japansies", so I lifted him with one hand and tossed him 20 feet. He said no more...when he returned from the hospital.

it is going to no longer be a large deal for any reason. Your coronary heart can not tell what race the boy is. you would get something suggested to you from someone, yet they are those with a slender ideas, no longer you. i'm married to a philipina woman for 26 years. I have met human beings say issues through the years behind my again, yet no longer once has anybody suggested something to me to my face. Do what you sense on your little coronary heart and also you'll come out the winner everytime.

"Guess who's coming to dinner", a 1967 film starring Sidney Poitier as a doctor who is going to marry a rich white girl and he parents are in shock when they find out that he's colored (or african american, sorry). The girl's parents are Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn, who won her fourth Oscar for that role.
There are plenty more, but that film is an icon on the subject.

I really like Guess Who.
The extras on the DVD are great to watch to and they talked about how they all felt making the movie.
