Broad features, i.e. forehead, chin, and jawline. All very square and angular as opposed to the softer curves of a woman's face.
Thick straight eyebrows, no arch the way women have.
Straight nose, no up tilt at the end, broader nostrils.
A cleft chin usually looks more masculine than feminine.
Facial hair (of course).
Lower, less prominent cheekbones. Higher ones are associated with feminine beauty.

Hope this helps.

men generally have bigger noses, wider jaws, longer faces, any of these features will make a girl look more masculine, just as certain features make a man look more feminine, small nose, heart shaped face etc.
Desmond Morris,(the anthropologist) has a great book called body watching wich explains all these things, easy to understand and full of great photos

Generally, guys have more boxy, angular features than girls. They usually have a very pronounced jawline. And the Adam's apple is always a dead giveaway....
