I know this is a very wierd question, but I was thinking more in terms of like facial features? I already know dress style and hair can make a difference. I was thinking along the lines of .. jaws, cheekbones, ..

Below are the feature that can make a girl look like a guy
1) Flat chested
2) Wider Cheekbones
3) Thick eyebrows
4) Obvious facial hair (i.e. Mustache)

It's not quite the face but pay attention to the hands. Not only are guys' hands usually bigger, but girls' index fingers are usually longer than their ring fingers while for guys it's the other way around. Sometimes guys have longer index fingers and girls have longer ring fingers, this is based upon hormones while in the womb. Usually guys and girls who don't fall in line are gay or trans-gender.
There are tons of ways to tell guys vs. girls other than looking for the obvious...
