At least two of my friends (on my friends list) had a bulletin posted in their name, each of which turned out to be spam, advertising a ringtones site. What's going on, and should I be worried that there is a virus among us? Am I next??

With all due respect, I didn't ask for MySpace bashing. I realize that MySpace is "buggy" and that everyone needs to be careful. I simply wanted to know if this was a virus, or if it was just something small that I didn't need to worry about.

That's happening to a lot of people. i think it's a profile tracker. OR also when your already logged on, and you re-enter your password, then that's bad. Just keep your eyes open when you see something unusual on myspace.

The answer is simple as to what your problem is, it is called MySpace. I do not understand the appeal of something that can and has offered potential known harm to you as a person and to your computer as well.

Probably. Get off of myspace if you're worried. It's a retarded site anyway!
