Here's how: DON'T. Tattoos are great but you currenly have 3 years to think about it and come up with the best tattoo ever. If you get one quick (illegally), you'll pick something stupid that you'll pay thousands to get removed later on. Besides, any tattoo artist that will ink you at 15 isn't very good anyway. Do you really want a crap tattoo?

You can get a tattoo just about any tattoo/peircing parlor around. as long as you have a parent/guardian's concent then you're fine and you can get the tattoo other then that it's illegal and i wouldin't trust any random person to do it .. get it done perfessonally or wait till your 18!

its illegal, & would u really wanna be walkin' around when ur 89yrs. old with a dorky tattoo? to most girls tattoos are a huge turn off because they think the guy is a poser! if u want a tattoo, get a fake one that last for like six months, then get another one later, so if u ever want to take it off u just have to wait a couple of days!â¥

you have to be at least 18 in most states and 21 in some. you can have your parents sign a waiver that gives you permission or you can try and find an artist that will do it despite your age..a warning though...the ppl who will do it despite your age are breaking the law and those who are legit will not do it so you are risking infection, hepatitis b and c and god knows what else from dirty instruments...wait until you're older.

You have to be 18-they will ask you for an ID or permission from a parent or legal guardian. Just wait-don't be in such a hurry to grow up.

You can get a tat if a parent comes with you and gives their consent. I wouldnt suggest it though. You are a bit young to put something on your body that will be there the rest of your life.

i know somebody who bought his own needles and gave himself a tattoo on his left arm. it looks really crappy. he gave himself a cross, but it's slanted and has crooked lines. so i would not advise you to do this.
