Hi, Marco,
Your "luck" will increase, if you are always aware of the opportunities that passes in front of you, and of course if you take advantage of the good chances you were born with.... At the end I like to think that we all own responsibility for our fates, and we can't blame luck, because all of us have at least one opportunity in life... Take it and make it, or leave it and keep going until the (?) next....
>>>>>
Luck is a loser's excuse for not having a winner's position....
>>>>>
Thanks, for the question!;)
My regards!

Luck is obviously not a super natural concept. It is very similar to superstition: the apparent causal connection between trivial events due to coincidence. It's worth knowing that superstition has been recreated in fish, look it up. Basically, we interepret luck (good and bad) based on the desired outcome of an event. We announce an event to be "lucky" if a seemingly improbable event occurs. However, to assume something is improbable is to miscalculate completely how many things could have happened. It is also mixed in with data mis-interpretation and confirmation bias. We remember "lucky" and "unlucky" events more than the others. If you think that you're unlucky, think about all of the actual successful outcomes that have had no significant repercussions and hence were unmemorable.

As a rational answer, as opposed to spiritual, luck exists as tool we use in our minds to explain the events that happen in our lives, whether they be good or bad. Luck also has to do with the outlook we have on life, and whether we believe in luck or not.

probability in a random, ordered world has some chance for edging our outcome: sometimes such is luck. When probability looks to be on our side we call it good luck when not we call it bad luck it's a bit more reasonable than a childlike belief in god and the tooth fairy good luck to U and may the wind be to ur back as u ride into the sunset

yes - obviously
but it doesnt stick to one or other person or place permanently - it can leave any time
but it is statistically certain that half will have above average luck, half will have below average luck [in a time period] - and a few will have very good luck and a few very bad luck
the longer the good or bad luck goes on, the rarer it is - ie, fewer and fewer numbers will have greater and greater [good or bad] luck - which means that the longer you have good or bad luck, the greater the chance of it stopping becomes - the more extreme the good or bad luck, the greater the chance of it stopping
in the long term [thousands of years] everyone comes out equally lucky

YES!! Have you ever been to Vegas?
Luck has nothing to do with hard work or skill, luck is just luck (or fate). There are lots of things we can't control that makes us who we are - for example, I'm lucky that I was born in the USA and not in a 3rd world country with no food.

I would say yes. Luck is merely sitting on the positive (or negative) end of the probability statistics. If you win a drawing where there was a 14% chance of winning, you have been successful in the probability. In conclusion, luck is merely the outcome of the measured probability of an occurrence.

Frankly, I don't think ANYthing comes in life for free unless your ancestors set up a huge trust fund in your honor or whatever
(Exhibit A: Paris Hilton)
Everything else in life comes with hard work, case closed.
I also believe its opportunity meets preparation.
If you're not prepared when the opportunity comes (luck), then it simply passes you by.
Those who succeed are because they were prepared.
They saw an opportunity & seized it.

It looks like I've been lucky, so far, in my life.
Maybe it's a whole lot of sheer coincidences.
I'm calling it sheer coincidence, but it LOOKS just like luck.
Can you define "luck", so as to narrow down whether or not it exists?
Are you referring to lucky in life, or lucky at games of chance?
As far as being a lucky gambler, I don't gamble for money.
No cards, no dice, no slot machines.
