Girls answer?
I am thinking that those guys that stare at me is very wierd. There's no way that I would want to make friends with them. Why do guys like to stare at me? I swear. This year, some guy stared at me and when I caught him staring at me, he looked away. I hate guys like that! I do not dress like a ****. I dress very casual. If you had a guy that stares at you for the 1st time, what would you think of them? and about the same guy that stares at you for a repetitive times? and you caught them staring. I hate them so much. If they do want to make friends with me, why won't they just talk to me instead of freaking me out. They should know that staring at girls are very creepy and makes the girl feel very uncomfortable. It is also rude when they stare if they do not talk.

Men are kinda dumb that way! They really don't know how badly they are staring. You must be very pretty and they are just looking or staring rather for way too long. It used to happen to me and yeah, it freaked me out but then you gotta realize they are a pretty dumb animal. I mean look at us...we have to train them to behave in public. Dress nicely. All sorts of crap. BUT try to consider it a compliment. They are not meaning to creep you out.

This is very interesting. Just today on Yahoo Answers a guy was talking about being caught starring at a girl, that he likes and that now she won't talk to him. He said, that he is shy and doesn't know how to go about talking to her.
Come On Girls Give These Poor Guys A Chance. Let them know what you expect and how to talk to you!

They don't have the social skills we women do, especially the younger they are.
A lot of times they're not staring as much as trying to come up with a good line to say and are zoned out from thinking.

Well maybe the kid thinks you are beautiful. He probably has a major crush on you. He is probably too shy to talk to you. Sounds to me like you take his breath away. I mean his words. Maybe this guy likes classy girls. The good guys are not interested in sluts!!!! I don't know but you should maybe talk to him first. Give him a chance. I am sure he doesn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable.
