how do you remove trojan viruses? Also have other viruses and stuff?

Have got norton internet security 2006 but viruses still gettin in. rang them up and they said that i have to pay them 100 bucks and they would send me an email tellin me how to get rid of them. what a heap of **** they are. the things that have gotten in the computer are dialer.trojan, heaps of adware stuff and about 4 or 5 other trojan things. tried heaps of removers but can't get none that fix it. all our downloads are going heaps slow, movies that would normally take 3-4 hours are now taking 12-20. need help fast before it wrecks the computer

have tried them excpt the symnatec one that you said. hav all the updates

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus and protect your PC. but you need to pay for the software

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

Nortons is the very worse garbage in the world. Believe me I used it when I was not all the bright about Norton's ten years ago. An it is still to this day garbage that finds nothing. Plus when you go to remove Norton you are left with atleast 300 fragments glued to all your files and hidden all over your system.

If you can afford to spend $29.00, use what I use and the Government of China uses. Get rid of Nortons.

Or you can download from www.ewido.net Their Ewido Malware program. Becomes free after thirty days if you don't purchase they just remove the guard in the tray and you must update on a manual basis. Excellent program as it scans all 174,000 objects in my pc.

Plus keep your Microsoft critical updates current. They come out every second Tuesday of each month.

The program from China will protect you if you don't use good pc habits. Try and stay out of porno sites, P2P, Bit Torrent, share file sites and crack houses.

you may be best to wipe your C drive clean and reinstall windows. That will for sure take care of it all. it's not hard to do either. if you have a installation disk it will guide you all along the way. if not it's time to see the computer tech.

I used to have Norton, but couldn't stand it for the same reason you just said...and the pop-ups wouldn't leave me alone, so I went with McAfee, it works much better...IMO
