Hi everyone, I need to do a persuasive paper on a teen issue that directly effects myself. I do not want to do it on my school's dress code, or curfews, I need something more original. Can you give me some subjects to do it on? (and not on drugs or stuff like that, since those do not affect me)

Persuasive, huh? Have you ever begged your parents about.. Why cell phones should be allowed on campus...why teen curfews are silly..why every kid needs Internet..why teens shouldn't get grounded for staying out/not telling parents where you are...anything you have argued with your parents should be good! you already know both sides!

its easy to find a topic. look around you..the present situation of teens in your culture. different cultures have different set of problems when it comes to their teens. in my country, there are lots of problems regarding teen agers. one of the most prevalent issue is the teenage parenthood..as early as 15 or 16 years of age, they are already parents. also, there are lots of high school dropouts..all of them teenagers. you see, you don't have to write negative issues about teens. you can write a positive one like you said you don't do drugs, you can write on that, that not all of you are on that stuff. its better to write positive issues.

Relationship issues. What you mean to your circle of friends. Dreams or goals for future employment. Educational studies - subjects covered - are they necessary or relevant?
