18 divided by 6/13, my calculator got 39 but how?

18/6/13=18(13)/6=39

-64(5/4)=-16(5)=-80

18 divided by 6/13 is the same as 18 times 13/6.

-64*5/4 = (-64/4)*5

18/1 x 13/6 = 234/6

234 divided by 6= 39

39 is your answer.

You got the right answer.



And the second problem:
-64/1 times 5/4
Multiply across.

-64 times 5 equals -260
1 times 4 equals 4
You now have -260/4
Divide -260 by 4.

65 is your answer.
