Ok. Well what i would do is just put eyeliner in your lash line and dont make it too thick!! I would go with a brown which is not to 'look at me'. After that i would use a tanish brown over your whole eyelid and than take a darker brown and brush it into the crease of your eyelid. This will emphasize your eyes. Also use a brown mascara and curl your eyelashes with an eyelash curler.

aight since you have small eyes light color are the way to go. It will make your eyes bigger. Now about your long face just put some powder or foundation both of them are good but foundation if you a type of person to sweat will drip. eyeliner gives the eye a sense of closing or a little pop. I personally believe that you can never go bad with black eyeliner. Mascara is always black or brown, well at least for me, blue or anything like that makes it look fake. I put on my lips colored lipstick with lip gloss and you can make your perfect color so don't be afaird to be a little creative!!!

since you have small eyes i would suggest using eye liner below the lashes to accentuate your eyes, brown if you're light haired and black if dark. lining just below the bottom lashes and above the top ones will accentuate your eyes making them seem larger i wouldnt suggest doing both though it might be a bit full on otherwise. a light colour eye shadow will also make them seem larger. its a kinda hard question to answer because i dont know anything about your complexion, try to avoid blush as it will make your face seem longer. im a natural red head so had to experiment a bit before i found what was perfect for me so you might like to just do what i did and just mess around in the bathroom for a while and discover for yourself. you could also go to the chemist and get their professional to give you some tips... cost free which is always a bonus. But i found the best way for me was to experiment, experiment, experiment Good Luck

Try to post a pic up and if u can...give more details about ur appearance...so I can help u out , or try to go to a near by Walgreens or CVS and the makeup conseltant should be able to help you out...but I suggest light eyeshadow colors for ur eyes, the creamy not the powder kind and for the long face just use some blush or a bronzer to accent your cheeks and draw attention away from ur long face and bring the attention to ur high cheeks.

Go to www.marykay.com and find a Consultant in your area. They can help you find great colors that work for you. They give you samples of the colors to use and teach you how to apply it. They come to your home or you go to there house so there is no embarrassment if you don't like something. A good consultant will let you wash it off and try again without you having to drive anywhere with makeup you don't like on.

hmmmmmmm!! for small eyes put alot of tons of eye mske-up to mske them big and smokey use thick eyeliners and light shades like white or silver
use warm colours colours for eyeshadows and use sparkle
if you are less than 12 or 13 use a chapstick or a lipgloss
or if you are big enough use lipstic and lipgloss
lipgloss will suit but chapstic will not
try and use natural colours
and glossy and shiny one's
use light shades they bring a women to
her fullest

if y our light skinned.
use black eyeliner on the inside of your eye. And i pretty thin line on top.
Use a bright colored eyeshadow like a pink.
A little bit of blush might make your face seem rounder.
Wear bright neckalces so some attention is off your face

your eyeshadow should be a little lighter than your skin color to accent your skin and draw a little attention while looking natural. you can use just about any mascara but u might want one with a lot of volume so your eyelashes look thick and it accents your eyes and a lot of eyeliner to accent your lash line.

well its hard to say u didn't mention ur skin color or eye color. u can start by using black mascara and black eyeliner liuid or pencil. i would suggest pencil eyeliner that is easier to put on than liquid. and a pink or brown lip gloss.
