YES! not to mention all the bad things that come with those like high colesterol. I used to go out to eat every day at lunch, to mcdonalds and get the same thing, cheeseburger & fries, after I while I started gaining weight........I stopped that now I only eat it once in a while as a treat to my self, and I mean like once a month! I have dropped about 30lbs. I feel better and I am not clogging my arteries with all that grease.

Yup, it's to much for you. You don't see 1 person eating 2 cheeseburges 2 big macs and a large fries by himself that often.

How can you eat all of that? I could never eat that much of anything, especially from McDonald's.
