Yes it takes ability, motivation, and attitude to do something well. Using all 3 is the best way to accomplish things that are hard to you. If it is something easy for you then ability is all you need. If it is something you do not want to do then motivation is necessary and if it is something that is hard for you then attitude is most important. So you see that it all depends on the circumstances of the situation. But in all cases using all 3 will be the most help. By the way you spelled movtivation wrong.

I say all of the above counts as a factor but the major factor is A. Ability because you can have all the motivation and attitude in the world but if you truly don't have the ability then you're stuck.

All of them....the most able person can't perform without the other two and with the motivation and attitude but lacking in ability, the results will not be good either.

Motivation and Attitude are dependant on and similar to one another.
The correct answer is a combination of all the above.

Depending on what your doing, ability is important. But for most tasks in life, it's a combination of all 3.
All the ability in the world is useless if there is no motivation to use it.
I know plenty of un-motivated people who have way too much attitude.
In the end, it's a fine balance of all 3

Great question.
I'd say all 3 are important... but most probably the attitude... you can fail if you're dumb and don't work hard or if you're smart but lazy.
I'm sorta a believer you can put you can accomplish anything if you put your head into it!
C. Attitude

Ultimately, attitude. With that in place, the other two can be created at will.
