Ok Im trying to play a pc game called spellforce 2. Well I was having problems gettin it to work so my bro suggested updating my drivers. Well I did that and now the game is working but it keeps freezing up on me and the error message Im getting says "VPU recover has reset your graphics accelerator as it was no longer responding to graphics driver commands." The error message is labled ATI VPU Recovery. Anybody have any idea whats going wrong??

Ok I'll list minimun reqs. for game followed by what mine are, like this.. game req - what i have
Os: MW 2000/XP - I have XP
CPU: Int Pent 4 1.6GHz or AMD Semp 2800 or higher - I have AMD An Athlon 64 processor 3000+ 1.8 GHz
Memory: 512MB Ram - I have 1024MB RAM
Hard Drive: 5GB free disk space - not sure how to check mine
Sound Card I know im ok on
Vid Card: 3D hardware accelerator card repuired, directx 9.0 compat 128 mb with lastest drivers - I have that

also i seen on a forum somebody was gettin that message while playing doom, somebody suggested their card was overheating, here are my temps, are they normal?
cpu-27 cel. (81 f)
gpu-38 cel. (100f)
gpu ambient-32 cel. (90f)
wdc-33 cel. (91f)
they rise a lil when playing the game. i would say 5 minutes into the game the gpu is up 4 degrees

Right click on your desktop, an Click Properties, Settings, Advanced, Troubleshoot, and set Hardware acceleration to None, click Apply and OK. See if that will solve the problem.

could be your graphics card isn't up to the task what is the system specs of your computer systems and the specs needed by the game
