I am three months pregnant, and recently had a Pap smear. The doctor stated that I am normal & healthy. I even had a blood test done to determine whether or not I have any STDS- the results showed that I am negative.

Recently though, I have developed small hard white bumps on the inside of my vagina. They do not hurt, or itch or anything, but their presence still concerns me. I am hoping it is normal to develop such bumps during pregnancy, but I do not know the true cause of them.

Does anyone know anything about the bumps I am speaking of? If so, please let me know.
Thanks!

Nope, never heard of this. How did you find them lol.
Go back and see your doctor, get so tired of these questions.
If it were me, I wouldn't be asking here, I would seek professional advice.
Especially with a baby on the way, aren't you that concerned?

Bumps inside the vagina are most often the normal anatomical folds of development. The vagina is supposed to have rugae (folds) and these can appear different if different people. There is always a slight vaginal discharge because the cells lining the vagina shed every few days and they will appear white. The cervix will also secrete some mucous, and depending on how much mucous there is, the discharge becomes more or less liquid or runny.
The bumps you describe do not seem to be serious, but rather an anatomical variant.

Those sound like genital warts, or human papilloma virus. They would not have come up on your STD screening because they don't normally check for those with a blood test. You may not have gotten them from your current partner as the virus can lie dormant in your blood stream for years and then be 'awakened' by a variety of factors. Women who are pregnant have a slightly compromised immunity and this is something that could facilitate an outbreak of HPV. Close to 75% of the sexually active population of North America are infected with HPV. It's very important, especially at this point, to tell your OBGYN and your family Dr. about them because they can be passed to your baby in the vaginal tract during delivery. If it makes you feel any better, I have them, have had them for quite awhile and have delivered 2 healthy baby boys with out any difficulties.
Best of luck and get that looked at!!

I sometimes get cycsts on my labia, but they hurt, so I'm not sure you are getting the same thing. You might want to call the doctor and see if you should come in. At the very least the nurse can tell you if you need to be concerned.
