1 you will bleed and have pain from a misscarriage until all the fetal tissue is out. For some people it takes days and others it take a month.
2 sometimes you can get what looks like period around that time it is called implantation bleeding.
3 you ovulate after all the tissue has been expeled. You can only tell if you are the type of person that always can feel when they are ovulating.
4 Yes the home kits really do work.
5 I would wait one complete normal period cycle after miscarriage to try and become pregnant, but that is totally up to you whenever you are ready.

i have been told as i have never had a miscariage...that the pain you experience is pretty intense and generally you just know something is seriously wrong.
you can spot after a + result this happened to me with both of my pregnancy...... so if it is early into your pregnancy this is pretty normal but not heavy bleeding just spotting.
after a miscariage ovulation recommences with your next cycle, ovulation kits do work if you stick to the instructions i used mybaby which actually tested your saliva and it worked a treat....
after a miscarriage it is generally advised that you have a curet to make sure everything has been removed.....i would suggest that you speak to a gyno/dr in relation to these concerns....Good luck

If an egg was fertilized, implantation (when the embryo implants to the lining of your uterus) happens, on average, about 7 days past ovulation. It can happen as early as five days past ovulation or as late as twelve days past ovulation.

Early signs of Pregnancy:

Nausea/vomiting
Headache
Food cravings
Heightened sense of smell
Missed period
Backache
Crampy
Extreme fatigue
Tender/swollen breasts
Frequent trips to the bathroom

These signs can appear as soon as implantation or anytime after, each woman is different! Some women have all of these, some have a few and some women don't have any signs.
Good Luck!

See a doctor, if you're bleedin or even spotting. After a miscarriage, the doctor will normally tell you not to try getting pregnant till 6 mths later, give your body a rest and hormone levels back to normal; a good time to better prepare your body for pregnancy with a better diet and viatmins.
