Just an updated on what I posted not too long ago.?

Question

I recently posted a question about my cousin. I wanted to update those who tried helping me. She did indeed have a miscarriage. Our crappy butt emergency room simply told her that she was on her period, they told her that she was NOT pregnant. How can they not tell if she was pregnant they drew blood and technically she had just started bleeding like 20 minutes before I took her to the e.r. so blood work should of shown that she was pregnant. Although I hate that she has gone threw this I see it has Gods way of showing her that she is not ready for a baby. Just like 3 days after her bleeding started her jerk of a boyfriend put his hands on her in a way no man should do a woman. I am convinced that if she didnt miscarry before that she would of that day. I hate that boy!!!! Notice I didnt say man b/c only boys would do something so stupid. And of course she went back to him. I know she is just confussed right now. Sorry I had to get that off my chest. Thanks to everyone who answered me.

My sincerest apologies go out to your cousin. And I am sure she is confused, she just lost her and her boyfriends baby so things are probably a little unstable. Give it some time, hopefully she will see past him and move on. Take care and I hope all works out for the best.

I am not an expert, but if the baby died a few days before the actual miscarriage, she might not have appeared pregnant in the bloodwork. Some women find out that their baby has died, because the doctor can't find a heartbeat, and then don't miscarry for awhile. Some even have to have help shedding the tissue in their uterus. I am sorry for your cousin's loss, it's a good thing you were there for her.

Was she really pregnant? Did you see test results that she was? The hospital would not make this kind of mistake
