Obviously natural is best and bigger isn't always better.Kind of sad that women feel the need to do this to themselves.

Mostly indifferent. I like breasts of all sizes, from small to large; yet I prefer natural over artificial. I can understand why some women might want artificial breasts, especially if having had a mastectomy.
That said, artificial breasts can look aesthetically strange when the pair seemingly defy gravity. It is as if they have been filled with an anti-gravity substance. Just seems odd.

To be honest some men like all different shapes an sizes. But I have heard they prefer them to be natural thank god mine are also natural. I believe it depends on the man.

Every guy I've known has liked to look at them, but they tell me they wouldn't be with a girl with fake breasts!! I think no they really don't! guys like girls that are natural! Like no make-up and a real body!!

I must say that I do not! From experience I prefer natural no matter what size. If you are vain or insecure you might want to go that route but being happy with the way you were born, I FEEL, is way more appealing.

i think most men don't know the difference-and i have never seen a man look away when there is a prominent pair around-they just say natural is better cause thats what women want them to say

If done well... under the pectoral muscle, not too big , a hidden scar and done by a very good plastic surgeon a guy will not know the difference

most men love big breasts but i kno if they had to choose between fake and real theyd pick real. cause i kno lotza guys dat have told me that even tho breast implants are perkier and real boobs tend to sag a lil, they prefer natural! besides, i wouldnt want my boobs to look like softballs on my chest

No...real has always been better to me. Unless it is done due to medical reasons such as having to have one or both removed due to cancer or other cause is one thing but a woman making her breasts larger just because she wants them to be larger shows that she could possible have low self esteem. I agree that bigger isnt always better.
