Utah, because I don't ski and it seems to be a pretty uptight state (I am not anti-Mormon). Second would be Ohio come on what is the point of the state BORING. Last would be West Virginia there should be just Virginia.

Rhode Island (Are you kidding me?) So small a place with so few people shouldn't have 2 Senators. Just make it part of Massachusetts and get it over with. Or if you want to be nice, let them vote on whether to join Mass or Conn.
