we had a crib with an Ace, 2,3,3,4,4, and face card. How many points would that be worth?

There were three people playing and I guess we may have been dealing wrong but each of us had 6 cards and put two into the crib.

Levcue is right you would receive 30 pts for that hand.

You may be interested to know that with 7 count cards as you have there the highest hand does not involve jack and fives as in the traditional game.
With 7 cards if you 5 5 5 j j j 5 The turn up 5 being same suit as one of the jacks then you would score a total of 45.
However if you hold 4 4 5 5 5 5 6 or 4 5 5 5 5 6 6 then your hand would be 106 which is the maximum with 7 cards. Quite a difference in scores as you can see.

48 16 runs of 3
2 pair
12 4 x 5
12 15's from 5's
32 15's from 4 5 6
___
106
___

There was once around the 1920's a variation of crib called 500 which tried to tamper with the rules of the true game it failed of course. Play with 7 count cards if you want but the true 5 count card game is already good enough in my opinion.

Three handed cibbage.
deal five cards to each person, deal one into the "crib"
each player then puts 1 card into the crib, therefore having four cards in both the players hands and the crib, only way to play
:as for the score even if you were not aware of how to play is 30, another improbable score since highest possible hand (in four cards plus the cut, is 29, and 19 is impossible.
Have fun Playing...

Damn...how many people were playing?
I thought there could only 4 cards in the crib and the card face up on top of the deck....guess I haven't played cribbage in awhile!

I thought a crib could only have 4 cards plus the cut card. I think you have too many cards, unless I have been playing wrong for 35 years.

both previous answers were correct. there s/b only 4 cards in the crib, plus the cut card. all cribbage hands are 5 cards (including the cut).
